We bring a strong clinical foundation to the work we do. Our founder is a Registered Nurse with hands-on experience supporting NDIS participants in hospitals, aged care, and community settings.
This background means we understand both the medical and emotional sides of care. We know how overwhelming the system can feel, and we work hard to make things simpler, clearer and more supportive from the start. Every interaction is guided by a mix of professional insight and human understanding.
Our clinical foundation shapes how Ritz Care oversees the support we provide. As a team founded by Registered Nurses, we understand how small changes in health, behaviour or routine can sometimes point to something more serious. That is why our services are guided with RN oversight, giving participants and families added confidence that care is being delivered with skill, awareness and accountability.
By bringing clinical guidance into everyday support, we aim to recognise concerns earlier, respond appropriately and reduce the risk of preventable hospital admissions where possible.

Ritz Care was founded for personal reasons as much as professional ones. Our story begins with a close family connection, someone we grew up with who lived with a severe physical disability. She was full of light, clever and kind, and shaped the way we understood both challenge and resilience from a young age. She passed away at just 14, but her memory remains a quiet driving force behind everything we do.
Years later, while working as a nurse, we met a young participant who had been in hospital for a long period. His mother was by his side every day and night. Her care, patience and quiet strength left a lasting impression. At the time, we were preparing to welcome our own child into the world and the connection we felt in that moment was impossible to ignore.
Not every participant has someone like that in their corner. Some have no family to speak for them. We knew we wanted to do more, to create something that combined clinical experience with genuine, long-term care. This is how Ritz Care was born. And today, we continue to build on that purpose with honesty, compassion and a clear focus on quality.
